Scripter360 is a tool to help you plan, write and organize your work. This page explains, in plain words, what it can and cannot promise. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Provided "as is"

Scripter360, including its writing tools and Scripter360 AI, is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for every purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cre8v.ai gives no warranties, express or implied, about Scripter360.

2. Writing tools

Spelling checks, the thesaurus, word and page counts, goals, formatting, the calendar, imports and exports (such as PDF, Word, ePub and Scrivener imports) are aids, not guarantees. Dictionaries can miss errors or flag correct words. Counts, page numbers and layouts may differ from other apps, printers or publishers. Imported or exported files may not look exactly the same in other programs. Please check your work, especially before you submit, print or publish it.

The calendar helps you plan; Scripter360 does not post to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform for you.

3. AI suggestions may be wrong

• Review with AI suggestions are created automatically by an AI model. They can be wrong, inaccurate, out of date, biased, or not suited to your style or audience, even when they sound confident.
• AI suggestions can sometimes look like text written by others. We cannot promise that a suggestion is original or free of other people's rights.
• Suggestions are only suggestions. You choose what to accept, and you should review and edit everything before using it.
• Scripter360 is not a fact-checker. Check facts, names, dates, quotes and references yourself.

4. You are responsible for your content

You are the author. You are responsible for what you write, import, send to Review with AI, export and publish, including making sure it is accurate, lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and that you follow the rules of any platform or publisher you use.

5. Keep your own backups

Your writing is stored on your own devices or in your own cloud storage, not on our servers. Scripter360 includes backup and recovery tools, but devices fail, files get deleted, and cloud services can have problems or sync conflicts. Please keep regular backups in more than one place. We cannot restore writing we never had.

6. Not professional advice

Nothing in Scripter360, its AI suggestions, our website, templates, examples or support messages is legal, financial, tax, medical, publishing, or other professional advice. For example, Scripter360 cannot tell you whether your work infringes copyright, whether a contract is fair, or how to handle income from your writing. For those questions, please ask a qualified professional.

7. No promised results

Scripter360 can help you work in an organized way, but we cannot promise any result, such as finishing a book, getting published, growing an audience, or earning money. Examples, screenshots and sample text on our website and in the apps are for illustration only.

8. Other companies' services and links

Scripter360 works with services from other companies, such as Apple, Google, Paddle, OpenAI, iCloud Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox, and our website may link to other websites. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or changes.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cre8v.ai is not responsible for any loss or damage from relying on Scripter360, its tools or its AI suggestions, including lost writing or data. Our full limits are in section 17 of the Terms and Conditions. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
